Preview Prize Draw

• 3 prizes: $5,000 cash, Trip for two to Varadero, Cuba, trip for two to Madrid, Spain.
• Sales Deadline - Midnight March 11, 2009
• Draw - March 24, 2009, 11:00 am at Calder Bateman Communications Ltd.

Early Bird Prize Draw

• 1 prize: Canmore Vacation Home
• Sales Deadline - Midnight April 30, 2009
• Draw – May 20, 2009, 11:00 am at Calder Bateman Communications Ltd.

Final Prize Draw

• Sales Deadline - Midnight May 28, 2009
• Draws – June 15 through June 26, 2009 at the Courtyard Marriott Hotel in the Fraser Room. 9am - 5pm daily.
• Final Live Draw (all three dream homes) – June 29, 2009, 4336 Wingfield Way NW, Windermere (Live on 6pm CTV Edmonton News – Draw Order: Beethoven, Puccini, Grandview II).

In the event that all tickets are sold by midnight on April 30, 2009, all remaining draws will begin (with approval of the AGLC) on May 20, 2009, at Calder Bateman Communications Ltd., 10241 – 109 St., Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, T5J 1N2. The draw will run May 20th through until June 2, 2009, with the final live draw being held at 4336 Wingfield Way NW, Windermere (Live on 6pm CTV Edmonton News – Draw Order: Beethoven, Puccini, Grandview II).

Draw Order:
After the Preview and Early Bird Prize Draws, the draw order shall begin on June 15th, 2009, with the lowest value price drawn first and proceed further in reverse order with the Grand Prize Dream Homes drawn last. After each winner is recorded, the stub is returned to the drum. Ticket buyers are eligible for all 12,240 prizes.

Notification:
Stride Management will contact all winners in writing following the final draw. All winners’ names will be posted in the Edmonton Journal, the Edmonton Sun and on the Full House Lottery website.

Prizes:
All 12,240 prizes, including Dream Homes, must be accepted as awarded; no substitutes. All prizes must be claimed within one year of the prize draws, except for vacation packages, which must be booked within one year of the draws, unless the supplier agrees to otherwise. Full House Lottery and its suppliers are not responsible for any costs incurred to pick up prizes. The winners are responsible for all shipping costs if they choose to have their prizes shipped to them. All vacations, except where noted, are provided by Marlin Travel and include airfare and accommodation for two. Big City Nights, Jasper Park Lodge and Via Rail packages do not include transportation from the winner’s residence to the location of the prize. The Via Rail package includes round trip transportation from Edmonton.

If after a period of one year a winner cannot be located, the prize will then revert back to the property of the Royal Alexandra Hospital and the University Hospital Foundations upon AGLC approval.

Supplier Restrictions:
Contest rules prohibit the following from purchasing tickets:
• board members and employees of the Royal Alexandra Hospital Foundation
• board members and employees of the University Hospital Foundation
• joint lottery management staff
• staff of Calder Bateman Communications Ltd.
• staff of Stride Management Corp.
• family members of all of the above living in the same household

Notice advising ticket purchasers:

You must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket. Ticket sellers will advise all adult ticket buyers not to write the name of a person under the age of 18 on a ticket due to the Public Trustee Act.

In the event that a winning ticket stub lists more than one name, the Licensee will award the prize to any individual whose name is listed on the stub. The Licensee and the AGLC are not responsible for resolving any disputes that may arise between the different individuals. Both the Royal Alexandra Hospital and University Hospital Foundations respect your privacy. We do not rent, sell or trade our mailing lists. The personal information collected by Full House Lottery will be used to process ticket orders, notify winners, send out lottery information in 2009 and future years, and to contact you about future Foundation events and programs. If you do not wish to be contacted by either foundation please call 1-800-441-0465.

Special Notice: Only 183,551 valid tickets will be sold.
(55,065 single $100 tickets, 17,152 sets of 3 for $250, 6,094 sets of 5 for $375 and 5,820 sets of 8 for $525)

Retail value of all prizes: $6,903,516 (including GST).
The minimum number of tickets to be sold prior to requesting a draw date extension or cancellation of the lottery is 130,210 (69.1% of total ticket value).

Any refund requests will be individually investigated. After determining the validity of the request, the official ticket number will be cancelled and a refund cheque issued within 24 hours of the decision to refund.
